To verify your current map version, perform the following 4 steps on your Navigation System from your Mazda vehicle:
(DVD Instructions:)
Step 1: Press the “Menu” button
Step 2: Select “Navigation Setup”
Step 3: Select “Calibration”
Step 4: Select “Map Version”
If your map version is not “2009 ver.1” we recommend purchasing the latest map DVD.
(SD Card Instructions:)
Step 1: Slide the notch of the inner lid sideways with your finger to open the inner lid.
Step 2: Press in the SD card. The SD card will partially eject.
Step 3: Grab the SD card and pull it out.
Step 4: Confirm if the map version is "North America 2010."
If your map version does not say North America 2010” we recommend purchasing the latest SD card.
